Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1966","heading":"Violations - Penalties","body":"Any home care agency, home care agency administrator, or home\n\nhealth aide covered by the Home Care Act that has been determined by\n\nthe State Department of Health to have violated any provision of the\n\nHome Care Act or any rule promulgated thereto may be liable for an\n\nadministrative penalty of not more than One Hundred Dollars\n\n($100.00) per violation for each day on which a violation occurs or\n\ncontinues.
