Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1971","heading":"Home Health Care Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health, to be designated as the \"Home\n\nHealth Care Revolving Fund\". Said fund shall be a continuing fund\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations. The fund shall consist of\n\nall monies collected pursuant to the provisions of Section 1-1965\n\nand Section 1-1966 of this title. All monies accruing to said fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the\n\nState Department of Health for licensure and regulation of home care\n\nagencies and branch offices.
