The Kasey Alert system shall be developed\n\nin cooperation with the Department of Transportation, the Department\n\nof Human Services, the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management\n\nand Homeland Security, tribal governments, the Oklahoma Association\n\nof Broadcasters, and any other state or local agency that the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety deems appropriate.
