Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-207","heading":"Cooperative departments of health - Agreements for","body":"Cooperative departments of health may be formed by agreement\n\nbetween the county board of health of any county maintaining a\n\ncounty department of health, or the county boards of health of\n\ncounties in a health district, and the governing boards of cities,\n\ntowns, and school districts lying wholly or partly in such county or\n\nhealth district. Any such agreement shall stipulate what health\n\nservices will be provided to the cities, towns, and school\n\ndistricts, which may be all or any of the services that may be\n\nprovided by a county department of health, and shall also fix the\n\namount of funds to be paid by the cities, towns, and school\n\ndistricts for the services.
