Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-209.1","heading":"County boards of health as sponsoring agency for","body":"National Health Service Corps assignees.\n\nThere is hereby created authority for county boards of health as\n\nestablished under Title 63, Chapter 1, Public Health Code, Section\n\n1-202, to be the sponsoring agency for our National Health Service\n\nCorps assignees as established by Public Law 91-623, known as the\n\nEmergency Health Personnel Act of 1970.
