Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-216","heading":"Agreements with other municipalities, agencies and","body":"organizations.\n\nThe city-county board of health in any county wherein a city-\n\ncounty health department has been created as hereinbefore provided\n\nshall, subject to the approval of the board of county commissioners\n\nof the county and the governing body of the city which created and\n\noperates such city-county health department, have authority to enter\n\ninto agreements with other counties, cities, towns, school\n\ndistricts, the State Health Department, the Department of\n\nEnvironmental Quality, or any state agency or institution, or\n\nphilanthropic, voluntary or charitable organization, for the\n\noperation of the health department and the administering of health\n\nor environmental, as appropriate, services of such county, city,\n\ntown, school district, agency or institution by such city-county\n\nhealth department, and may provide in the agreement for contribution\n\nby such participating body to the financial support of the city-\n\ncounty health department.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"642192f25ee0f6c72599f31feaba69aa0e21281ce91744f101e9259bb3162336","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-215","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-217"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
