Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-218","heading":"Annual budget","body":"The city-county board of health, in cooperation with the\n\nDirector of the city-county health department, shall prepare an\n\nannual budget for the operation of the city-county health department\n\nand submit the same, together with recommendations as to the\n\nrespective contributions, to the board of county commissioners and\n\nto each city, town, school district or other agency or organization\n\nparticipating in the operation of such city-county health department\n\nas hereinabove provided.
