No person shall willfully interfere with a representative of\n\nthe Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman in the performance\n\nof official duties.\n\nB. No person shall engage in retaliation or reprisal against\n\nany resident or employee of a long-term care facility or other\n\nentity for having filed a complaint with or provided information to\n\nthe Office.\n\nC.
