Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-227.3","heading":"Comprehensive state plan for prevention of child abuse","body":"and neglect.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth shall review\n\nand approve the comprehensive state plan and any subsequent\n\nrevisions of said plan, prior to the submission of the plan as\n\nprovided in this section.\n\nB. On or before July 1, 2007, the Oklahoma Commission on\n\nChildren and Youth shall deliver the comprehensive state plan for\n\nthe prevention of child abuse and neglect to the Governor, the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives. The plan shall include but not be limited to:\n\n1. Specific proposals for the implementation of the\n\ncomprehensive state plan which would promote the efficient use of\n\nstaff, funds and other resources on the state level and improve the\n\ncoordination and integration of state goals, activities and funds\n\nfor the prevention of child abuse and neglect, particularly with\n\nregard to primary and secondary prevention of child abuse and\n\nneglect; and\n\n2. Specific proposals detailing the interagency provision of\n\nservices to all populations at risk of committing child abuse.\n\nServices, especially those directed at high-risk populations\n\nincluding, but not limited to, those populations in which parental\n\ndrug and/or alcohol abuse, mental illness and domestic abuse are an\n\nissue, shall be specifically addressed.\n\nC. The Office of Child Abuse Prevention and the Oklahoma\n\nCommission on Children and Youth shall at least annually review the\n\nstate plan and make any necessary revisions based on changing needs\n\nand program evaluation results not less than every five (5) years.\n\nAny such revisions shall be delivered to the Governor, the Speaker\n\nof the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate no later than July 1 of each year.\n\nD.
