Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-227.7","heading":"Director of Office of Child Abuse Prevention - Power","body":"and duties.\n\nThe State Board of Health shall direct the State Commissioner of\n\nHealth to employ, appoint or otherwise designate a Director for the\n\nOffice of Child Abuse Prevention. The Director shall:\n\n1. Assure that the annual report is prepared as required by\n\nSection 1-227.2 of this title;\n\n2. Formulate and recommend rules and regulations pertaining to\n\nthe implementation of the provisions of the Child Abuse Prevention\n\nAct for approval or rejection by the Board; and\n\n3.
