There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Board of Health to be designated the \"Child Abuse\n\nPrevention Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 1-227.6 of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, Section 5 of this act, and such other sources as\n\nthe Legislature may provide.\n\nB. The Child Abuse Prevention Fund shall be used by the Office\n\nof Child Abuse Prevention for funding grants and contracts for child\n\nabuse and neglect prevention programs and services as provided for\n\nin Section 1-227.6 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The Office\n\nshall use the Child Abuse Prevention Fund to fund only those grants\n\nand contracts approved by the State Board of Health, pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of subsection C of Section 1-227.4 of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, and which comply with the comprehensive state\n\nplan and district plans prepared pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nChild Abuse Prevention Act, and for no other purpose. The Child\n\nAbuse Prevention Fund shall not be used for the costs of the Office\n\nincurred in administering such grants and contracts.\n\nC.
