Every person who sells or displays tobacco products,\n\nnicotine products or vapor products at retail shall post\n\nconspicuously and keep so posted at the place of business a sign, as\n\nspecified by the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE)\n\nCommission, stating the following: \"IT'S THE LAW. WE DO NOT SELL\n\nTOBACCO PRODUCTS, NICOTINE PRODUCTS OR VAPOR PRODUCTS TO PERSONS\n\nUNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.\" The sign shall also provide the toll-free\n\nnumber operated by the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE)\n\nCommission for the purpose of reporting violations of the Prevention\n\nof Youth Access to Tobacco Act.\n\nB. When a person violates subsection A of this section, the\n\nAlcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission shall impose\n\nan administrative fine of not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for\n\neach day a violation occurs. Each day a violation is continuing\n\nshall constitute a separate offense.
