Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-229.20","heading":"Regulation by agencies or political subdivisions","body":"restricted.\n\nNo agency or other political subdivision of the state,\n\nincluding, but not limited to, municipalities, counties or any\n\nagency thereof, may adopt any order, ordinance, rule or regulation\n\nconcerning the sale, purchase, distribution, advertising, sampling,\n\npromotion, display, possession, licensing or taxation of tobacco\n\nproducts, nicotine products or vapor products, except as provided in\n\nSection 1511 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Section 1-1521 et\n\nseq. of this title and Section 1247 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.
