It is unlawful for any person to sell, give or furnish in\n\nany manner to another person who is under twenty-one (21) years of\n\nage any material or device used in the smoking, chewing, or other\n\nmethod of consumption of tobacco products, nicotine products or\n\nvapor products, including cigarette papers, pipes, holders of\n\nsmoking materials of all types, and other items designed primarily\n\nfor the smoking or ingestion of tobacco products, nicotine products\n\nor vapor products.\n\nB.
