Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-229.33","heading":"Prevention of Youth Access to Alcohol Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to\n\nbe designated the \"Prevention of Youth Access to Alcohol Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from fines\n\ncollected pursuant to Section 241 of this title. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services for the purpose of programs and campaigns\n\nto educate the public and law enforcement about the dangers and\n\nconsequences of providing alcohol to minors.
