It shall be unlawful for any person owning or operating a\n\nhired bus or limousine service vehicle licensed as a \"motor carrier\n\nof persons or property\", as defined in the Motor Carrier Act of\n\n1995, Section 230.23 et seq. of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nto knowingly transport a minor or minors, under the age of twenty-\n\none (21) years, who are in possession of or consuming alcoholic\n\nbeverages, including low-point beer as defined by Section 163.19 of\n\nTitle 37 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The operator of any vehicle found in violation of this act\n\nshall upon conviction be subject to a misdemeanor offense punishable\n\nby a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and upon a\n\nsecond or subsequent conviction such operator shall be subject to\n\nthe fine and mandatory revocation of his or her driving privileges\n\npursuant to Section 6-205 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. The owner of any vehicle found in violation of this section\n\nshall upon conviction be subject to a misdemeanor offense punishable\n\nby a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and upon a\n\nsecond or subsequent conviction such owner shall be subject to the\n\nfine and forfeiture of his or her Interstate Registration\n\nCertificate and/or other license issued pursuant to Section 230.21\n\net seq. of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in addition to any\n\nother government-issued license authorizing the owner to operate\n\nsuch vehicle for a period of one (1) year.\n\nD. Any law enforcement agency issuing a citation for a\n\nviolation of this section shall, upon the violator's conviction,\n\nreport the violation to the Corporation Commission. The Corporation\n\nCommission shall, upon an administrative hearing, proceed with\n\nrevocation proceedings pursuant to the provisions of this act.\n\nE. Any person found in violation of this section and subject to\n\nthe license or permit revocations herein may apply for reinstatement\n\nof such license or permit following the conclusion of the two-year\n\nperiod with the appropriate state agency pursuant to law.\n\nF.
