As a condition to the receipt of funds under this act, a\n\ncontractor shall agree to file a report with the State Department of\n\nHealth on or before ninety (90) days after the end of the agreement\n\nperiod as to the following:\n\n1. Amount received as a contract and the expenditures made with\n\nthe proceeds of the contract;\n\n2. A description of the program offered and the number of\n\nindividuals who initially participated in and completed the program;\n\nand\n\n3. Specific elements of the program meeting the criteria set\n\nforth in the State Plan.\n\nB. Any contractor failing to timely file the report required\n\npursuant to this section shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the\n\nAttorney General for repayment of the full amount of the contract\n\nexpended.\n\nC. The State Department of Health shall review and evaluate the\n\nreports of contractors required pursuant to this section and shall\n\nfile a written report with the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the\n\nGovernor on or before February 1 of each year on the status of the\n\nTobacco Use Reduction Fund and the activities of the Fund for the\n\nfiscal year most recently ended. The report shall include the\n\nbeginning and ending balance of the Fund for each fiscal year,\n\npayments or gifts received by the Fund, income earned and\n\nexpenditures made, the name of each contractor and the amount of\n\neach contract made, the criteria used to award each contract, and\n\nwhether the program implemented by each contractor met the criteria.\n\nThe report shall be publicly available immediately upon its filing.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"166be03fc07be3f390f5d8c16056018e33366c8f42aa29904626d3fc8d5b6aa6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-229.7","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-2300"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
