All prenatal classes offered shall include in their\n\neducation curriculum the following:\n\n1. The risks of drug or alcohol use during pregnancy to the\n\nunborn child and to the mother;\n\n2. The risks of underage drinking, including information to\n\nassist new parents in preventing underage drinking in their own\n\nchildren; and\n\n3. Information on screening, assessment, intervention, and\n\nreferral for treatment of substance dependency.\n\nB. All persons licensed to practice medicine and surgery or who\n\nare licensed osteopathic physicians and surgeons or who are\n\ncertified nurse-midwives, advanced nurse practitioners and who\n\nprovide prenatal, delivery, infant care services and other child or\n\nadult health services related to maternal and infant care shall\n\nprovide access to screening, assessment, intervention, and referral\n\nfor treatment of substance dependency.\n\nC.
