This section shall be known and may be cited as \"Ava's Law\".\n\nB. All persons licensed to practice medicine and surgery in\n\nthis state, or who are Advanced Practice Registered Nurses including\n\nbut not limited to Certified Nurse-Midwives, and who provide\n\nprenatal, delivery, infant care services, and other child or adult\n\nhealth services related to maternal and infant care shall provide to\n\nindividuals who report to such person that they are pregnant the\n\ninformation provided by the State Department of Health under\n\nsubsection C of this section.\n\nC. The State Department of Health shall compile and make\n\navailable on its Internet website educational resources on:\n\n1. Infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic first aid\n\nincluding contact information for training programs; and\n\n2.
