Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-234.1","heading":"Breast-feeding – Declaration as right","body":"The Legislature hereby declares that breast-feeding a baby\n\nconstitutes a basic act of nurturing to which every baby has a right\n\nand which should be encouraged in the interests of maternal and\n\nchild health. In furtherance of this right, a mother may breast-\n\nfeed her baby in any location where the mother is otherwise\n\nauthorized to be.
