There is a critical shortage of providers of emergency care\n\nfor:\n\na. the delivery of fast, efficient emergency medical care\n\nfor the sick and injured at the scene of a medical\n\nemergency and during transport to a health care\n\nfacility, and\n\nb. the delivery of stabilizing and definitive care at a\n\nhealth care facility; and\n\n2.
