Licensed Emergency Medical Services shall conduct Quality\n\nAssurance reviews of operations and medical care provided. This\n\nactivity shall be in accordance with standards developed by\n\nEmergency Medical Services Administration and Medical Control.\n\nB. The proceedings and records of these Quality Assurance\n\nreviews and continuous quality improvement activities conducted by\n\nEmergency Medical Services shall be confidential and not subject to\n\ndisclosure by subpoena or otherwise.\n\nC.
