Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-2505.2","heading":"Emergency Medical Personnel Death Benefit Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health to be designated the \"Emergency\n\nMedical Personnel Death Benefit Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Department of Health\n\nfrom the fees imposed pursuant to Section 1-2505.3 of this title.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health for the purpose of making death benefit\n\npayments to the named beneficiary or personal representative of a\n\ndeceased licensed emergency medical personnel or certified emergency\n\nmedical responder pursuant to Section 1-2505.1 of this title.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f6d9f9d55582b0ca28048e91906bdc06a392c061cb1b6af18a9633244ba367e7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-2505.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-2505.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
