The State Board of Health, giving consideration to the\n\nrecommendations of the Trauma and Emergency Response Advisory\n\nCouncil as created in Section 44 of this act, shall promulgate rules\n\nto enact the provisions of the Oklahoma Emergency Response Systems\n\nDevelopment Act.\n\nB. Such rules shall specify which vehicles of licensed\n\nambulance service providers shall be considered authorized emergency\n\nvehicles pursuant to the provisions of Section 1-103 of Title 47 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.
