Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-2513","heading":"Operation of ambulance service - Application for","body":"license – Air Ambulance providers.\n\nA. All persons, companies, governmental entities or trust\n\nauthorities desiring to operate an ambulance service shall file with\n\nthe State Commissioner of Health an application for a license to\n\noperate the service. The Commissioner shall, within two (2) months\n\nof the date of the application, notify the applicant in writing of\n\nthe granting or rejection of the license and shall, in the event of\n\nrejection, specify the reasons for the rejection.\n\nB. The Commissioner may issue an Oklahoma Air Ambulance\n\nProvider License to an Air Ambulance provider, duly licensed in good\n\nstanding and operating from bases in an adjoining state, that makes\n\napplication and provides documentation pursuant to rules promulgated\n\nby the State Board of Health.
