Member states shall consider a veteran, active military\n\nservice member, and member of the National Guard and Reserves\n\nseparating from an active duty tour, and a spouse thereof, who holds\n\na current valid and unrestricted NREMT certification at or above the\n\nlevel of the state license being sought as satisfying the minimum\n\ntraining and examination requirements for such licensure.\n\nB. Member states shall expedite the processing of licensure\n\napplications submitted by veterans, active military service members,\n\nand members of the National Guard and Reserves separating from an\n\nactive duty tour, and their spouses.\n\nC.
