The State Department of Health shall establish eligibility\n\nrequirements for financial assistance from the Kidney Health\n\nRevolving Fund. Financial assistance shall include, but shall not\n\nbe limited to, the following areas:\n\n1. Payment for three (3) months of Hemodialysis treatments\n\nprior to establishment of Medicare eligibility;\n\n2. Payment for the Social Security deductible in situations\n\nwhere the patient is unable to meet the deductible;\n\n3. Monthly medications;\n\n4. Transportation to and from dialysis;\n\n5. Pretransplant and posttransplant costs including lab work,\n\ntissue typing and the medication Cyclosporine;\n\n6. Certain physician's fees; and\n\n7. Such other financial assistance to indigent persons with\n\npermanent kidney failure as the Department deems appropriate.\n\nB.
