Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-2603","heading":"Kidney Health Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health, to be designated the \"Kidney\n\nHealth Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived by the State Department of Health from state appropriations\n\nfor such fund. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health for the purpose of implementing the provisions\n\nof the Kidney Health Planning Act of Oklahoma.
