The Legislature recognizes that there is a need to:\n\n1. Upgrade the availability of quality dental care services for\n\nthe people of Oklahoma;\n\n2. Improve the balance of dental manpower distribution in the\n\nstate by geographic location; and\n\n3. Increase access to dental care to those who are dependent on\n\nthe state for necessary dental care.\n\nB. The purpose of the Oklahoma Dental Loan Repayment Act shall\n\nbe to:\n\n1. Increase the number of dentists serving and caring for those\n\ndependent upon the state for dental care; and\n\n2.
