Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-291.2","heading":"Hyperbaric oxygen treatment defined","body":"For the purposes of this act, \"hyperbaric oxygen treatment\"\n\n(HBOT) shall mean treatment with a valid prescription from a medical\n\ndoctor or doctor of osteopathy in either a hyperbaric chamber\n\ncleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or a\n\ndevice with an appropriate FDA-approved investigational device\n\nexemption, located at a facility in compliance with applicable state\n\nfire codes and supervised in accordance with requirements in the\n\nOklahoma Veterans Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment and Recovery Act\n\nof 2014.
