Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-291.3","heading":"Veterans Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment and Recovery","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Veterans Affairs to be designated the\n\n\"Veterans Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment and Recovery Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all the monies received by\n\nthe Department of Veterans Affairs in the form of donations,\n\nappropriations or other monies for such fund. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of the fund are appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Department for the purpose of veterans' treatment as\n\nprovided by law.
