Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-292","heading":"Definitions","body":"\n\nAs used in this act:\n\n1. \"Administer\" means the direct application of an epinephrine\n\nauto-injector to an individual;\n\n2. \"Authorized entity\" means any entity or organization at or\n\nin connection with which allergens capable of causing anaphylaxis\n\nmay be present, including, but not limited to, restaurants,\n\nrecreation camps, youth sports leagues, amusement parks, and sports\n\narenas;\n\n3. \"Authorized individual\" means an individual operating or\n\nparticipating in any entity or organization at or in connection with\n\nwhich allergens capable of causing anaphylaxis may be present,\n\nincluding, but not limited to, restaurants, recreation camps, youth\n\nsports leagues, amusement parks and sports arenas;\n\n4. \"Epinephrine auto-injector\" means a single-use device used\n\nfor the automatic injection of a premeasured dose of epinephrine\n\ninto the human body;\n\n5. \"Licensed practitioner\" means an allopathic physician,\n\nosteopathic physician, physician assistant or advanced practice\n\nregistered nurse licensed in this state;\n\n6. \"Provide\" means the supply of one or more epinephrine auto-\n\ninjectors to an individual; and\n\n7. \"Self-administration\" means an individual's discretionary\n\nuse of an epinephrine auto-injector.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e258d0726930d654ea7d440f1f84513d90eecb7cf849fe7a4318b35782670a19","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-291.6","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-293"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
