Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-311.2","heading":"Secure transmission of information – Disclosure of","body":"information – Data sharing agreement.\n\nThe State Commissioner of Health shall authorize the secure\n\nelectronic transmission of any birth, death, paternity or adoption\n\ndata and such other documents or information necessary to comply\n\nwith the Uniform Parentage Act or for the purpose of assisting with\n\nprograms administered by the Department of Human Services. The\n\nDepartment of Human Services shall not release information, data or\n\nrecords received from the State Department of Health for these\n\npurposes in response to an Open Records Act request and shall\n\nprotect the integrity of the vital records data to the extent\n\nrequired of the State Department of Health by Section 1-323 of this\n\ntitle.
