The State Department of Health shall provide for the\n\nissuance of an heirloom birth certificate. The Department\n\nshall design the form of the heirloom birth certificate with\n\nthe advice and assistance of the Oklahoma Arts Council\n\nand may promote and sell copies of the certificate. An\n\nheirloom birth certificate shall not be used as evidence of\n\nlive birth nor identification purposes.\n\nB. The Department shall prescribe a fee for the issuance of an\n\nheirloom birth certificate in an amount that does not exceed Thirty-\n\nfive Dollars ($35.00).\n\nC.
