Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-317b","heading":"List of all registered deaths of residents indicated as","body":"veterans on death record.\n\nThe Commissioner of the State Department of Health shall\n\nauthorize the regular transmission of a list to the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs of all registered deaths of residents\n\nof this state that have occurred within the state and who are\n\nindicated to be a veteran on the death record. The Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs shall use the transmitted list to\n\nidentify Oklahoma veterans, as defined in Section 2 of Title 72 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, for purposes of populating, updating and\n\nmaintaining the veterans registry established in Section 421 of\n\nTitle 72 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The Social Security number of an\n\nindividual veteran shall not be released as a part of the registry.\n\nThe State Department of Health shall transmit to the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs the following:\n\n1. Veteran's name;\n\n2. Social Security number;\n\n3. Date of death; and\n\n4.
