It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any of the\n\nfollowing specified acts in relation to disinterment permits issued\n\nby this state:\n\n1. Create, issue, or present a fictitious disinterment permit;\n\n2. Apply for a disinterment permit under false pretenses;\n\n3. Alter information contained on a disinterment permit;\n\n4. Obtain, display or represent a disinterment permit for the\n\npurpose of fraud;\n\n5. Make a false statement or knowingly conceal a material fact\n\nor otherwise commit fraud in an application for a disinterment\n\npermit; or\n\n6. Reinter the remains in a location other than that specified\n\non the permit.\n\nB. A violation of any of the provisions of this section shall\n\nconstitute a misdemeanor for a first offense and, upon conviction,\n\nshall be punishable by a fine not exceeding Ten Thousand Dollars\n\n($10,000.00).
