Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-325","heading":"Fees for certified copies of records - Noncollectible","body":"drafts - Enlistees.\n\nThe State Board of Health shall prescribe the fees to be paid\n\nfor certified copies of certificates or records, or for a search of\n\nthe files or records when no copy is made.\n\nThe collection of such fees may be accomplished by acceptance of\n\ncash, money orders, credit cards, organization or personal checks;\n\nin the event money orders or checks are proved to be noncollectible,\n\nneither the Board of Health, the Commissioner of Health, nor any of\n\nthe employees of the Department of Health will be held responsible\n\nand personally liable; it is further required that no additional\n\ncertified copies of records may be delivered to persons on whom\n\nnoncollectible drafts remain outstanding.\n\nA search and a verification of birth facts shall be furnished\n\nfree of charge to any person volunteering for enlistment into a\n\nbranch of the Armed Forces of the United States, upon written\n\nrequest therefor by an officer of the Armed Forces representing the\n\ninterests of such person who shall be volunteering for service.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8c1808716eea9807ae911c77ced24a8f1d5db305e65177c8ba623ec1fd549ef8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-324.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-326"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
