Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-401","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this article:\n\n1. “Tuberculosis disease” means disease caused by Mycobacterium\n\ntuberculosis complex;\n\n2. “Active tuberculosis disease” means a stage of tuberculosis\n\nin which compatible pathologic changes are present as demonstrated\n\nby clinical, bacteriologic, or radiographic evidence, and/or other\n\ndiagnostic procedures.
