Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-402","heading":"Examinations for tuberculosis","body":"When any local health officer shall have reasonable grounds to\n\nbelieve that any person has active tuberculosis disease, but will\n\nnot voluntarily seek a medical examination, then it shall be the\n\nduty of the local health officer to order such person in writing to\n\nundergo an examination by a physician approved by the State\n\nCommissioner of Health for such examinations. It shall be the duty\n\nof the suspected person to submit to examination at such time and\n\nplace as ordered by the local health officer. The examination shall\n\ninclude an X-ray of the chest, examinations of sputum, and such\n\nother forms and types of examinations as shall be approved by the\n\nCommissioner.
