Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-403","heading":"Exposure to tuberculosis","body":"Whenever it has been determined that any person has active\n\ntuberculosis disease, it shall be the duty of the local health\n\nofficer to instruct such person as to the precautions necessary to\n\nprotect the members of the person's household or the community from\n\nbecoming infected with tuberculosis communicated by such person. It\n\nshall be the duty of such person to live in such a manner as not to\n\nexpose members of the person’s family or household, or any other\n\nperson with whom the person may be associated, to danger of\n\ninfection.
