Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-410","heading":"Hospitalization and treatment","body":"When the State Commissioner of Health shall have reasonable\n\ngrounds to believe that any person has active tuberculosis disease,\n\nthe Commissioner may require isolation, hospitalization or other\n\nconfinement for treatment of such person. The State Commissioner of\n\nHealth is hereby authorized to contract with any hospital and/or\n\nphysician to provide such hospitalization or treatment as required\n\nand shall be exempt from the provisions of the Oklahoma Central\n\nPurchasing Act in contracting for such hospitalization and\n\ntreatment, as specified in Section 85.4 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.
