Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-503","heading":"Reports of disease","body":"(A) The State Board of Health shall promulgate rules and\n\nregulations establishing a system of reporting of cases of diseases\n\ndiagnosed or detected by practicing physicians and/or clinical\n\nlaboratories which come within the purview of this article. A\n\nreporting system established by the Board shall be applicable to\n\npenal and eleemosynary institutions.
