Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-516","heading":"Reports - Blood tests for syphilis","body":"In reporting every birth and stillbirth, physicians, and others\n\npermitted to attend pregnancy cases and required to report births\n\nand stillbirths, shall state on the birth certificate or stillbirth\n\ncertificate, as the case may be, whether a blood test for syphilis\n\nhas been made during such pregnancy upon a specimen of blood taken\n\nfrom the woman who bore the child for which a birth or stillbirth\n\ncertificate is filed and, if made, the date when such test was made,\n\nand, if not made, the reason why such test was not made.
