Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-530","heading":"Protection against spread of infection","body":"(a) Upon receipt of a report of a case of sexually transmitted\n\ninfection (STI), the local health officer shall institute measures,\n\nwhich may include quarantine, for protection of other persons from\n\ninfection by a person infected with an STI.\n\n(b) The State Board of Health shall adopt rules and regulations\n\nfor the quarantine of persons infected with a sexually transmitted\n\ninfection (STI), to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted\n\ninfection (STI).\n\n(c) Boards of county commissioners and governing boards of all\n\nincorporated towns and cities may provide suitable places for the\n\ndetention of persons who may be subject to quarantine and who should\n\nbe segregated.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"03de61df409d02e1f21a9c47f49a387a689e28c826bce0ef8d2144eec41e5d32","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-529","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-531"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
