The State Department of Health shall be the lead agency for\n\nthe coordination of programs and services related to the Human\n\nImmunodeficiency Virus (HIV).\n\nB. On or before January 1, 1994, the State Department of Health\n\nshall submit a State Plan for the Prevention and Treatment of\n\nAcquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) to the Governor, the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, the Speaker of\n\nthe Oklahoma House of Representatives, the chairmen of the\n\nappropriate committees of the Senate and the House of\n\nRepresentatives, and the chief executive officer and members of the\n\ngoverning bodies of each agency affected by the State Plan. Copies\n\nof the State Plan for the Prevention and Treatment of AIDS shall be\n\navailable to members of the Oklahoma Legislature and the general\n\npublic upon request.\n\nC.
