Inform the public as to the potential hazards and\n\nafflictions which may be related to exposure to DES and the symptoms\n\nand prevention of associated malignancies, through the establishment\n\nof a public information campaign on DES to identify and encourage\n\npersons exposed to the drug to seek medical care for the prevention\n\nor treatment of any malignant condition; and\n\n2.
