Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-546.5","heading":"District attorney multidisciplinary teams -","body":"Appropriate dispositions.\n\nA district attorney may convene a multidisciplinary team to\n\nassist in making a determination of the appropriate disposition of a\n\ncase of a pregnant woman who is abusing or is addicted to drugs or\n\nalcohol to the extent that the unborn child is at risk of harm. The\n\nmultidisciplinary team shall include at least one person with\n\ntraining and experience in the treatment of addiction.
