There is hereby created in the State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund for the State Department of Health to be designated\n\nthe \"Breast and Cervical Cancer Act Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the fund and gifts or\n\ndonations to the fund.\n\n2. All monies donated or accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health for the purposes specified in and associated\n\nwith implementation of the Oklahoma Breast and Cervical Cancer Act.\n\n3. Monies from the fund may be transferred to the Breast and\n\nCervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Account and shall be used\n\nto carry out the purposes specified in Section 1-556 of this title.\n\n4. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nB.
