Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-569","heading":"Licensure requirements - Rules","body":"The State Board of Health shall promulgate rules, giving\n\nconsideration to the recommendations of the Infant and Children's\n\nHealth Advisory Council created in Section 44 of this act,\n\nestablishing licensure requirements for genetic counselors. Such\n\nrules shall include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. Policy and budgetary matters related to licensure;\n\n2. Applicant screening, licensing, renewal licensing, license\n\nreinstatement and relicensure;\n\n3. Standards for supervision of students or persons training to\n\nbecome qualified to obtain a license in genetic counseling;\n\n4. Requirements for maintaining and renewal of a license; and\n\n5.
