There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n\"Genetic Counseling Licensure Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies that may be directed thereto by the State\n\nBoard of Health, and all other monies including gifts, grants and\n\nother funds that may be directed thereto. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Board for the purpose of licensure of genetic\n\ncounselors and for other purposes specifically authorized by this\n\nact. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued\n\nby the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law\n\nwith the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nB. The fund shall be administered by the State Department of\n\nHealth.\n\nC.
